What can you actually help with?
Quite a lot. Pitch decks, presentations, brochures, retail and hospitality collateral, mock-ups, invitations, menus, itineraries, event details and plenty that doesn't sit neatly in a category. The Studio Index is the longer version.
I'm not totally sure what I need yet - is that okay?
Absolutely. You don't need to arrive with a perfect brief. Tell us what you're trying to do, who it's for and what you already have, and we'll help work out what the project needs.
How long does a project take?
Smaller pieces can move quickly; larger decks and multi-piece projects usually take a few weeks. If you're working towards a launch, event or fixed date, tell us when you enquire and we'll be clear about what's realistic.
How do revisions work?
Most bespoke projects include two rounds of revisions, giving us room to refine the work properly without the process becoming endless. Anything outside the agreed scope is discussed before we do it.
Can you work with what I already have?
Yes. We can work closely within existing brand guidelines or build from a looser visual direction, references and material you already have. You don't need everything figured out before getting in touch.
Can I come to you for just one thing?
Of course. Some projects are one beautifully resolved piece; others grow into a whole suite of them. If all you need is the invitation, the menu, the presentation or the one thing that has to look right, that’s completely fine.
What about printing?
Everything can be prepared for professional print or digital use. If you'd like help liaising with a printer or production partner, mention it when you enquire and we can confirm what's appropriate for the project.
Where are you based?
Between London, Miami & Dubai, working worldwide. Most projects are handled remotely through calls and shared files.
What happens after I enquire?
We read it properly, not skim it. You'll hear back with next steps, usually within two working days.
What do you need from me to get started?
Whatever you already have. That might be copy, logos, brand guidelines, references, imagery, measurements, a Pinterest board or simply an idea and a deadline. You don’t need to package it perfectly before getting in touch - we’ll tell you what we need from there.
Can you work confidentially or under an NDA?
Absolutely. We regularly work with confidential, pre-launch and commercially sensitive material and are happy to work under an NDA where required. If you already have one in place, send it over before sharing anything sensitive.
